17 Zopusa Zomwe Odya Zamasamba Ayenera Kuthana nazo

“Nthaŵi ina ndinayesa kukhala wosadya zamasamba … sindinapambane!” Mosiyana ndi zimene anthu ambiri amakhulupirira, odya zamasamba samangocheza m’munda wodzaza zipatso ndi ndiwo zamasamba tsiku lonse ngati ma hippies!

1. Munthu akakwiya kuti ndiwe wosadya zamasamba  

“Dikirani kuti musadye nyama? Sindikumvetsa kuti izi zingatheke bwanji.” Ndizosatheka kulingalira kuti anthu osadya masamba amamva izi kangati. Takhala osadya masamba kwa zaka zambiri ndipo mwanjira ina tidakali ndi moyo, ndiye ndizotheka. Kulephera kwanu kumvetsetsa izi sizikupanga kukhala zabodza.

2. Pamene anthu sakumvetsa kuti ndi zotheka kukhala wosadya zamasamba osati “kungokonda nyama”

Inde, anthu ambiri okonda zamasamba amakonda nyama (ndani sakonda?). Koma zimenezi sizikutanthauza kuti ndi chifukwa chokha chokhalira wosadya zamasamba. Mwachitsanzo, zapezeka kuti odya zamasamba sangafa kwambiri ndi matenda a mtima ndipo amakhala ndi moyo wautali kusiyana ndi odya nyama. Nthawi zina ndi kusankha thanzi. Kodi mwaiwala kuti ichi ndi chosankha chaumwini? Tikadafuna kudya nyama, palibe chomwe chingatiletse!

6. Anthu akamatsutsana “zomera nazonso ziphedwe.”  

O inde. Iwo. Tikhoza kukuuzani mobwerezabwereza kuti zomera sizimva ululu, kuti zili ngati kufanizira apulo ndi nyama ya nyama, koma kodi izi zikusintha chilichonse? Ndikosavuta kunyalanyaza.

7. Mukayenera kupeza njira yaulemu yokana chakudya chosadya zamasamba kuti wophika asadane nacho.

9. Anthu akamanena kuti “Ndinayeserapo kukhala wosadya zamasamba … sindinapambane!”  

Zimenezi n’zokwiyitsa chifukwa anthu onse osadya masamba amva “nthabwala” imeneyi kangapo. Ndikuganiza nthabwala ina ikhoza kunyamulidwa kuti tiyambe kukambirana mwachidule ndi wodya zamasamba. Nthawi zina zimakhala zovuta kwambiri: izi zikutsatiridwa ndi nkhani ya momwe m'mawa wina adaganiza kuti akhale wodya zamasamba, akulimbana ndi chakudya chamasana ndi kudya saladi, ndipo adamva kuti nyama inali chakudya chamadzulo, ndipo adaganiza zosiya. Uku si kuyesa kukhala wodya zamasamba, iyi ndi saladi chabe ya nkhomaliro. Dzipatseni chitonthozo kumbuyo.

10. Nyama yopangira.  

Ayi. Zakudya zoloŵa m'malo mwa nyama nthawi zambiri zimakhala zonyansa, koma anthu samamvetsabe chifukwa chake anthu okonda zamasamba amawakanira pophika nyama. Ngakhale chakudya, okonda zamasamba padziko lonse lapansi akuyembekezera mwachidwi Ronald McDonald wa nyama yochita kupanga kuti abwere kudzatipulumutsa.  

11. Pamene anthu sakhulupirira akhoza kukhala popanda nyama yankhumba.  

Ndipotu, siziyenera kukhala zovuta kumvetsa kuti sitikufuna kudya mafuta a nkhumba. Ikhoza kununkhira bwino, koma okonda zamasamba nthawi zambiri sapita kukagula nyama chifukwa cha kukoma kwake. Tikudziwa kuti nyama ndi yokoma, koma izi siziri choncho.

12. Malo odyera akakana kupereka.  

Pali zakudya zambiri zokoma zamasamba zomwe malo odyera angaphatikizepo mosavuta pazakudya zawo. Sikovuta kuphatikiza burger yamasamba (si njira yabwino kwambiri, koma ndi yabwino kuposa chilichonse!) Pamndandanda wa ma burgers ena onse. Nanga bwanji pasitala wamba?

13. Pamene njira yokhayo ndi saladi.  

Malo odyera, timayamikira kwambiri mukamapereka gawo lonse lazakudya zamasamba. Zoonadi, nzosamala kwambiri. Koma chifukwa choti ndife osadya masamba sizitanthauza kuti timangofuna kudya masamba. Mbewu, nyemba, ndi magwero ena amafuta amagawidwenso ndiwo zamasamba! Izi zimatsegula zosankha zazikulu: masangweji, pasitala, soups ndi zina.

14. Pamene anthu amadzitcha okha samasamba koma amadya nkhuku, nsomba ndipo - nthawi zina - cheeseburger.

Sitikufuna kuweruza aliyense, kungoti ngati mumadya nyama nthawi zonse, simuli wamasamba. Aliyense atha kupeza A kuti ayese, koma musadzipatse dzina lolakwika. Okonda Pescatarian amadya nsomba, Pollotarian amadya nkhuku, ndipo omwe amadya cheeseburgers amatchedwa…pepani, palibe mawu apadera.

15. Pamene inu nthawizonse akuimbidwa pathos.  

Odya zamasamba amapepesa nthawi zonse chifukwa chosadya nyama chifukwa anthu ambiri amaganiza kuti ndi odzikuza. "Kodi ukuganiza kuti ndiwe wabwino kuposa ine?" ndi funso lomwe odya zamasamba atopa kale kulimva. Timangokhala moyo wathu!

16. Odya zamasamba omwe amamva chisoni kwambiri.

Nthawi zina mumakumana ndi wamasamba wabwino kwambiri yemwe angatsutse poyera ndi mwano anthu onse odya nyama kapena anthu ovala zovala zachikopa m'chipindamo. Mwina ndi zabwino kuti amaimirira zikhulupiriro zawo, koma kachiwiri: anthu awa amakhala moyo wawo ...  

17. Pamene “abwenzi” ayesa kukudyetsani nyama.
