Kodi mwakonzeka kukhala ndi moyo wosadya masamba?

Chiŵerengero cha anthu odya zamasamba ndi odyetserako nyama pakati pa anthu amitundu yonse chikuwonjezerekabe padziko lonse lapansi. Anthu ayamba kuchita chidwi ndi mmene kudya nyama kumakhudzira thanzi lawo, chilengedwe, ndiponso mmene nyama zimasungidwira.

Ngati mukufuna kukhala ndi moyo wosadya zamasamba kapena wamasamba, ndikofunikira kuti mukhale ndi chidziwitso cholondola.   • Kuchepetsa zizindikiro pambuyo pa kusintha kwa thupi kapena andropause
  • Kuyeretsa ku poizoni
  • Kuwonjezeka kwa nthawi ya moyo
  • Kupulumutsa miyoyo ya nyama
  • Kuchepetsa kuwonongeka kwa chilengedwe chokhudzana ndi kuchuluka kwa malo omwe aperekedwa kuti azidyetserako ziweto. Kupita wopanda nyama ndikovomerezeka komanso komveka ngati mukuganiza momwe zingakuthandizireni inu ndi Dziko Lapansi.

2) Masiku a nyama pa sabata.

Ndikofunika kukhala owona mtima pamene mukupita ku zakudya zatsopano. Zingakhale zovuta kusiya nyama zonse. Ngati mwakhala wokonda nyama moyo wanu wonse, yesani kuwonjezera nyama (miso, seitan, ndi tempeh) pazakudya zanu kuti mupitirize kusangalala ndi zakudya zomwe mumakonda zomwe zimafuna nyama. Zina mwa zakudyazi zimakoma ngati nyama, kotero simungadziwe kusiyana kwake!

Panthawi imodzimodziyo, ndi bwino kusankha zoloŵa m'malo mwa nyama zomwe zimakhala zathanzi komanso zopanda mitundu yosiyanasiyana yopangira, zokometsera ndi zotetezera. Werengani zolembazo, muwone ngati mankhwalawo ali ndi zinthu zovulaza! Kusankha magwero osagwirizana ndi nyama ndi imodzi mwa njira zabwino zopezera zosowa zanu popewa nyama.

4) Fufuzani chithandizo kuchokera kwa omwe adziwa zamasamba ndi nyama.

Pali mabuku ndi magazini ambiri omwe angakuthandizeni kuchita bwino ndi moyo wosadya zamasamba. Pitani kumasamba omwe amapangidwira anthu omwe ali okonzeka kudya zamasamba kapena zamasamba ndipo ali ndi chidwi chofuna kusintha zakudya zotengera zomera. Mudzapeza zambiri zomwe mungafune kuti mukhale ndi thanzi labwino lazamasamba.
