Kiwi ndi mankhwala abwino kwa amayi apakati

Kiwi, kapena jamu waku China, ali ndi kuphatikiza koyenera kwa mavitamini ndi michere yomwe imapindulitsa kwambiri amayi apakati komanso mwana wosabadwayo.
