Malangizo 4 okumbukira kuteteza zomera zanu zam'mimba
Zomera za m'mimba zimatanthawuza mabakiteriya onse omwe amapezeka mwachibadwa m'matumbo athu. Kukhalapo kwa mabakiteriyawa sikuchokera ku matenda koma, m'malo mwake, kumathandiza kupewa matenda.
