Zakudya zabwino kwa ana amakani

Pakati pa miyezi 12 ndi 18, mwana wanu wodekha amatha kulamulira moyo wake.

Ngati mukufuna kumuveka, amasankha ma pyjamas ndi zovala zabwino kwambiri zoyenda paki. Ukamuitana amathawa ndikuseka mukamuthamangira.

Ana amakonda kuviika chakudya m’zamadzimadzi. Kutumikira zikondamoyo, toast ndi waffles ndi apulo madzi kapena yogurt. Limbikitsani, koma musakakamize mwana wanu kuyesa zakudya zosiyanasiyana. Lolani mwana wanu kuti azisankha yekha zakudya.

Kuti mulimbikitse mwana wanu kugwiritsa ntchito supuni, ikani kapu yaing'ono, yothandiza m'mbale ya zakudya zomwe amakonda. Yesani kumupatsa maapulosi, yogurt, puree.

Kuphika zakudya zosavuta

Kuletsa kudya

Ana anu sangadye chakudya ngati amadya tsiku lonse. Khazikitsani nthawi zokhwasula-khwasula m'mawa ndi madzulo. Perekani zokhwasula-khwasula zathanzi monga zipatso, crackers, tchizi, ndi zina zotero. Pewani zokhwasula-khwasula zotsekemera komanso zokoma chifukwa zimalimbikitsa kudya kwambiri. Patsani mwana wanu madzi kuti amwe pakati pa chakudya, chifukwa mkaka ndi madzi zimatha kudzaza mwanayo ndi kupha chilakolako chake. Kutumikira mkaka kapena madzi ndi chakudya chachikulu.

Osagwiritsa ntchito chakudya ngati mphotho

Ana aang'ono nthawi zonse amayesa luso lawo ndi lanu. Pewani chiyeso chogwiritsa ntchito chakudya monga chiphuphu, mphotho, kapena chilango, popeza izi sizingalimbikitse ubale wabwino ndi chakudya. Tengani chakudya chotsalira kwa ziweto zanu kapena chiyikeni mu dzenje la kompositi.
