- Mphukira za Broccoli zimakhala ndi sulforaphane, chinthu cholimbana ndi khansa. Kuphatikiza apo, mphukira izi zimakhala ndi ma enzyme inducers omwe amatha kuteteza ku ma carcinogens.

- Mphukira za mungu zimapatsa thupi mapuloteni, fiber ndi vitamini C.

- Kumera kwa clover kumathandiza kulimbana ndi khansa.
