Isotonic, ma gels ndi bar: momwe mungapangire zakudya zanu zothamanga

 

Isotonic 

Tikathamanga, ndikuthamanga kwa nthawi yayitali, mchere ndi mchere zimatsukidwa m'thupi lathu. Isotonic ndi chakumwa chomwe chinapangidwa kuti chithandizire zotayika izi. Powonjezera gawo lazakudya zam'madzi mu chakumwa cha isotonic, timapeza chakumwa chabwino kwambiri chamasewera kuti tikhalebe ndi mphamvu ndikuchira pambuyo pothamanga. 

20 g wa uchi

30 ml madzi a lalanje

Mchere wambiri

400 ml ya madzi 

1. Thirani madzi mu carafe. Onjezerani mchere, madzi a lalanje ndi uchi.

2. Sakanizani bwino ndikutsanulira isotonic mu botolo. 

Magetsi amagetsi 

Maziko a ma gels onse ogulidwa ndi maltodextrin. Ichi ndi chakudya chofulumira chomwe chimagayidwa nthawi yomweyo ndipo nthawi yomweyo chimapereka mphamvu pa mpikisano. Maziko a gels athu adzakhala uchi ndi masiku - zinthu zotsika mtengo zomwe zimapezeka mu sitolo iliyonse. Ndiwo magwero abwino kwambiri amafuta othamanga omwe ndi osavuta kudya popita.

2. Ndalamayi ndiyokwanira chakudya cha 15 km. Ngati muthamanga mtunda wautali, onjezerani kuchuluka kwa zosakaniza molingana.

1 tbsp. chabwino

1 tbsp. carob

1. Pogaya madeti mu blender ndi madzi kapena uchi mpaka yosalala puree kusasinthasintha.

2. Onjezani chia, carob ndikusakanizanso.

3. Gawani gel osakaniza mumatumba ang'onoang'ono osindikizidwa. Idyani patali pamakilomita 5-7 aliwonse mutatha theka loyamba la ola lothamanga. 

Mphamvu yamagetsi 

Chakudya cholimba cha mtunda wautali nthawi zambiri chimadyedwa pakati pa gel osakaniza kuti m'mimba igwire ntchito. Tikukupemphani kuti mukonzekere mipiringidzo yamagetsi yomwe ingalimbikitse ndikuwonjezera mphamvu!

1. Pogaya madeti mu blender pamodzi ndi mtedza, mchere ndi vanila.

2. Onjezani coconut flakes ku misa ndikusakaniza kachiwiri.

3. Pangani timipiringidzo tating'onoting'ono kapena timipira. Manga aliyense mu zojambulazo kuti azidya mosavuta popita.
