Msuzi wa Dandelion

Dandelion wonenezedwa akuimbidwa mlandu mosayenera ku America. Chomera chofulumirachi chimakhala chothandiza kwambiri pankhani ya zakudya ndi mankhwala, ndipo kukoma kwake sikutsika kuposa masamba ena. Yesani njira iyi ya supu ya dandelion ndikusintha ma dandelion kuchokera ku udzu wowopsa kukhala masamba okoma!

Uwu ndi msuzi wachikhalidwe waku France womwe umawongolera bwino piquancy ndi kuwawa kwa dandelion ndi zokometsera zina. Izi ndizokoma kwambiri, m'malingaliro mwanga, iyi ndi njira yabwino yophikira masamba a dandelion. Chinsinsi chachikhalidwe cha ku France chimagwiritsa ntchito mpiru wa Dijon. Ndikuganiza kuti zimapereka kuya kwa kukoma, koma mukhoza kuchita popanda izo.

900g (pafupifupi makapu 6) masamba a dandelion

1 st. l. batala kapena mafuta a azitona

4 makapu masamba msuzi

2 leeks zazikulu, zoyera ndi zopepuka zokha, zosenda ndi zodulidwa 

1 karoti, peeled ndi kudula 

2,5 makapu mkaka 1 tbsp. Mbeu ya Dijon (ngati mukufuna)

Dandelion masamba ndi/kapena pamakhala zokongoletsa  

1. Ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito ma dandelion akuluakulu kapena owawa kwambiri, wiritsani m'madzi otentha amchere, khetsa ndi kufinya, ndiye kuwaza ndi kuika pambali. 2. Kutenthetsa mafuta mu poto lalikulu pa sing'anga kutentha, kuwonjezera zitsamba, kaloti ndi anyezi, kuphika mphindi 15, kuyambitsa kawirikawiri. 3. Onjezerani msuzi ndikuphika kwa mphindi khumi ndi zisanu. Chepetsani kutentha mpaka sing'anga, yambitsani mkaka, kuphika, oyambitsa pafupipafupi, mpaka osakaniza ayamba kukhuthala. 15. Ikani chirichonse mu blender ndi kusakaniza mpaka yosalala. Samalani ndi madzi otentha! Onjezerani mchere, tsabola ndi mpiru ngati mukufuna. 4. Kutumikira mu mbale zakuya, zokongoletsedwa ndi maluwa kapena masamba.
