Ghee: mafuta abwino?

Mmm...mafuta! Pamene mtima wanu ndi m'mimba zimasungunuka pongotchula mafuta onunkhira, agolide, madokotala amaganiza mosiyana.

Kupatula ghee.

Ghee amapangidwa ndi kutentha batala mpaka zolimba za mkaka zitasiyana, kenako zimachotsedwa. Ghee amagwiritsidwa ntchito osati mu zakudya za Ayurveda ndi Indian zokha, komanso m'makhitchini ambiri ogulitsa mafakitale. Chifukwa chiyani? Malinga ndi ophika, mosiyana ndi mitundu ina yamafuta, ghee ndi yabwino kuphika kutentha kwambiri. Kuphatikiza apo, ndizosinthika kwambiri.
