Chinsinsi chokometsera mafuta
 

Mafuta a masamba okongoletsedwa adzawunikira mbale iliyonse, makamaka saladi. Ndipo kupereka botolo la mafuta onunkhira bwino ngati mphatso ndi lingaliro labwino! Kodi mungapange bwanji mafuta onunkhira?

Muyenera: 

  • mafuta a azitona (makamaka namwali) - 1 lita
  • zitsamba zokometsera (monga oregano) - 3 sprigs
  • Tsabola wouma (kang'ono) - 2 pcs. 
  • Mbeu za mpiru - 1 tsp 
  • Tsabola wakuda - 1 tsp
  • Allspice - 1 tsp 

Kukonzekera: 

1. Choyamba, samatenthetsa botolo la mafuta amtsogolo.

 

2. Pewani nyemba ndi tsabola pang'ono ndikutsanulira mu botolo, onjezerani tsabola pamenepo, mukhoza kuwadula pang'ono ndi mpeni kuti madzi apite.

3. Thirani mafuta mu botolo ndikugwedezani. Phatikizani zobiriwira ndi manja anu ndikuzitsitsa pang'onopang'ono mu botolo.

4. Tsekani botolo ndikuyika mufiriji kuti mulowetse.

Mafuta adzakhala okonzeka mu sabata. Ngati simukonda mafuta otentha kwambiri, tsabola wofiira akhoza kuchotsedwa.

Izi mafuta aromatized akhoza choyika zinthu mkati ndi zilizonse zonunkhira ndi zitsamba, koma mosamala zouma. Chifukwa chinyezi chochulukirapo mumafuta chidzapatsa kuwala kobiriwira kukukula kwa mabakiteriya pakapita nthawi.
