Kumasulidwa ku mantha m'malo mwa chikondi

Si chinsinsi kuti timatha kuwongolera momwe zinthu zilili komanso zochitika pamoyo wathu. Titha kuyankha “chokwiyitsa” chilichonse kaya ndi chikondi (kumvetsetsa, kuyamikira, kuvomereza, kuyamikira), kapena mantha (kuipidwa, mkwiyo, chidani, nsanje, ndi zina zotero).

Kuyankha kwanu pazochitika zosiyanasiyana za moyo sikungokhudza kukula kwanu ndi chitukuko, komanso zomwe mumakopa m'moyo wanu. Pokhala ndi mantha, mumapanga ndikukumana ndi zochitika zosafunikira zomwe zimachitika mobwerezabwereza m'moyo.

Chodabwitsa n’chakuti, kumverera kwachikondi kumeneku sikumakhudzana ndi kuchuluka kwa ndalama zomwe muli nazo, kuonda kapena kutchuka kwanu.

Khalani mphindi iliyonse ya moyo ndi chikondi mu moyo wanu, kaya ndi chisangalalo kapena chisoni. Osawopa zovuta zamtsogolo, phunzirani, kulirani ndi chidziwitso. Ndipo chofunika kwambiri...m'malo mwa mantha m'malo mwa chikondi.
