Kusankha koyenera, kutengera chidziwitso, kumvetsetsa kapangidwe ka mbale ndi mafuta omwe timagwiritsa ntchito, kudzatithandiza osati kungoyang'ana kulemera, komanso kupewa matenda ambiri.
