KUMWEYA KWA NTCHITO

- muzu wa ginger

– 2 mandimu

- 1 hl turmeric

- 50 g uchi 

Sakanizani zosakaniza zonse mu blender. Lembani madzi (otentha kapena ozizira) pa mlingo wa 2-3 teaspoons pa chikho. 

Mtengo wa CRANBERRY

- 100 g wa cranberries

- 100 ml madzi a cranberry

- 500 ml madzi a lalanje

- 500 ml ya madzi apulosi

- madzi a mandimu 1

- magawo a lalanje ndi mandimu

- chidutswa cha nutmeg 

Sakanizani kiranberi, lalanje, mandimu ndi madzi a apulo, kutentha pamoto, musabweretse kwa chithupsa.

Ikani cranberries, magawo angapo a zipatso za citrus pansi pa galasi. Thirani madzi ofunda.

TIBETAN TEA

- 0,5 malita a madzi;

- 10 zidutswa. inflorescences ya carnation

- 10 zidutswa. masamba a cardamom

- 2 tsp. tiyi wobiriwira

- 1 tsp tiyi wakuda

 Jasmine - 1 makilogalamu

- 0,5 l mkaka

- 4 cm muzu wa ginger

- 0,5 tsp. mtedza 

Thirani madzi mu saucepan ndi wiritsani. Onjezani cloves, cardamom ndi supuni 2 za tiyi wobiriwira. Bweretsani kwa chithupsa kachiwiri ndi kutsanulira mu mkaka, wakuda tiyi, grated ginger wodula bwino lomwe ndi kubweretsa kwa chithupsa kachiwiri. Ikani nutmeg ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 5. Pambuyo pake, timaumirira kwa mphindi 5, fyuluta ndikutumikira. 

CHAI MASALA

- 2 makapu madzi

- 1 chikho cha mkaka

- 4 tbsp. l. tiyi wakuda

- sweetener

- 2 mabokosi a cardamom

- 2 tsabola wakuda

- 1 nyenyezi ya anise

- 2 carnation inflorescences

- 0,5 tsp mbewu za fennel

- 1 tsp ginger wodula bwino lomwe

- chidutswa chimodzi cha grated nutmeg 

Pewani zonunkhira ndikusakaniza. Bweretsani tiyi, madzi ndi mkaka kuti ziwiritse mumtsuko umodzi. Zimitsani kutentha ndikuwonjezera kusakaniza kwa zonunkhira. Lolani kuti alowerere kwa mphindi 10-15. Timasefa ndikutumikira.
