Palibe njira yothandiza kwambiri yopewera nkhawa, makamaka chifukwa zimachitika mosayembekezereka.

Komabe, kasamalidwe koyenera, kasamalidwe kamankhwala komanso kosagwiritsa ntchito mankhwala, kungakuthandizeni kuphunzira kuthana ndi kupsinjika ndikupewa kukomoka kuti zisachitike pafupipafupi kapena kulepheretsa kwambiri. - Khalani ndi moyo wathanzi: zakudya zabwino, kuchita masewera olimbitsa thupi nthawi zonse, kugona mokwanira…;

- Pezani chithandizo kuchokera kwa ochiritsa (katswiri wa zamaganizo, katswiri wa zamaganizo), ndi mayanjano a anthu omwe ali ndi vuto lofanana ndi nkhawa, kuti asakhale osungulumwa ndikupindula ndi malangizo oyenerera.
