Zothandiza za kohlrabi

Zamasambazi zimakhala ndi potaziyamu wambiri, zomwe zimapangitsa kuti pakhale zakumwa zoziziritsa kukhosi.

Kohlrabi ndi membala wa banja la masamba a cruciferous ndipo amagwirizana ndi kabichi, broccoli, kolifulawa, ndi Brussels zikumera. Ngakhale masambawa amaoneka ngati muzu, kwenikweni ndi “tsinde lotupa” lomwe limamera pamwamba pa nthaka. Maonekedwe a kohlrabi ndi ofanana ndi a broccoli, koma okoma komanso ocheperako, okhala ndi katsitsumzukwa ka radish.

Kohlrabi ndi gwero labwino kwambiri la fiber, carotenoids, mavitamini A, C ndi K. Mofanana ndi zomera zina m'banja lino, masambawa ali ndi antioxidants osiyanasiyana omwe amateteza ku khansa ya m'matumbo ndi prostate. Kuphatikiza pa mavitamini, masambawa alinso ndi calcium, potaziyamu, chitsulo, phosphorous, manganese ndi mkuwa. Chifukwa cha kuchuluka kwa potaziyamu, kohlrabi ikulimbikitsidwa kuti idyedwe kuti ikhale ndi alkalinity yamagazi, yomwe imathandiza ndi matenda ambiri.   Pindulani ndi thanzi   Acidosis. Kuchuluka kwa potaziyamu mu kohlrabi kumapangitsa masambawa kukhala chothandiza popanga chakumwa cha alkalizing.

Kukhumudwa m'mimba. Kohlrabi amathandiza kuchotsa mimba. Madzi a kohlrabi, kaloti, udzu winawake, ndi maapulo obiriwira amatsitsimutsa m'mimba.

Kugwira ntchito kwa minofu ndi mitsempha. Kuchuluka kwa mavitamini ndi michere mu kohlrabi kumathandiza kupatsa mphamvu thupi ndikuwongolera magwiridwe antchito a minofu ndi mitsempha. Imwani kapu ya kohlrabi ndi madzi a karoti m'mawa, idzakupatsani mphamvu!

Khansara ya prostate ndi colon. Kohlrabi, monga masamba ena m'banja la kabichi, ali ndi mankhwala olimbikitsa thanzi monga sulforaphane ndi indole-3-carbinol. Kafukufuku akuwonetsa kuti ma antioxidants awa amateteza ku khansa ya prostate ndi colon.

Mavuto a khungu. Kohlrabi imathandizanso kuthetsa mavuto a khungu. Kumwa kapu ya karoti ndi madzi a kohlrabi nthawi zonse m'mawa ndi madzi ambiri tsiku lonse kumapereka zotsatira zabwino.

Kuonda. Kohlrabi amalepheretsa kutembenuka kwa shuga ndi zakudya zina kukhala mafuta, kudya kohlrabi ndiyo njira yabwino kwambiri yochepetsera thupi!   Nsonga   Pogula kohlrabi, sankhani masamba ang'onoang'ono komanso olemera. Iwo ali aang'ono, okoma ndi ofewa panthawiyi, ndipo mitundu yofiirira imakhala yokoma kuposa yobiriwira.

Mukagula, muyenera kudula masamba. Kohlrabi sayenera kutsukidwa masamba asanayambe kupita ku firiji mu thumba la pulasitiki. Ikhoza kusungidwa motere kwa sabata.

Pokonza kohlrabi ya juicing, yambani masambawo ndi madzi oyera ndikudula. Zimagwirizana bwino ndi zitsamba ndi masamba a mizu.
