Zomwe muyenera kukumbukira posankha kiwi
 

Kiwi ndi umodzi mwa zipatso zabwino kwambiri kuzungulira. Chipatso ichi chimakhala ndi vitamini C wambiri, kuphatikiza apo, kugwiritsa ntchito kiwi kumathandizira kuthetsa nitrate ndi mafuta owonjezera m'thupi.
