Avocado: mgodi wopindulitsa pa mbale

Ubwino wathanzi

Olemera mu mafuta acids, avocado amapereka "mafuta abwino", ndipo ndizomwe zimakhala bwino chifukwa cha zopereka zake mu mavitamini (B9, E) ndi mchere (mkuwa, magnesium). Wothandizira kudya bwino!
