Chakudya champhindi 15: spaghetti wokhala ndi masamba ndi tchizi

Pakakhala nthawi yochepa yophika, chophika cha pasitala ndi tchizi ndi ndiwo zamasamba zophikidwa m'mbale yomweyo zithandizanso. Ndikokwanira kukonzekera zosakaniza ndikuphika. Simudzakhala ndi nthawi yophethira, ndipo chakudya chokoma cha ku Italiya chidzakudikirirani kale!

  • Tomato wa Cherry -15 ma PC.
  • Garlic -3 ma clove
  • Tsabola wa Chili - 1 pc.
  • Anyezi - 1 pc.
  • Spaghetti - 300 g
  • Basil - gulu limodzi
  • Mafuta a azitona - supuni 4 l.
  • Madzi - 400 ml
  • Tchizi cholimba - 30 g
  • Mchere kuti ulawe
  • Tsabola wakuda (nthaka) - kulawa

Njira yokonzekera: 

  1. Konzani chakudya. Dulani tomato pakati. Peel adyo ndikudula clove iliyonse m'magawo oonda. Dulani nyemba zotentha mu magawo. Peel anyezi. Dulani zipatsozo pakati. Dulani chidutswa chilichonse mu theka mphete.
  2. Kenako mu poto wokhala ndi pansi komanso mbali zotsika, ikani spaghetti yaiwisi, ikani pakatikati pa poto.
  3. Onjezerani anyezi, adyo, tsabola wotentha ndi tomato yamatcheri ku spaghetti. Ndi bwino kukonza masamba mbali zonse za pasitala.

4. Tsukani basil. Onjezerani mu phula ndi zakudya zina. Ikani pambali masamba angapo kuti mumalize kudya.

 

5. Thirani mafuta pa chilichonse. Onjezerani tsabola wakuda ndi mchere kuti mulawe.

6. Thirani madzi ozizira mu phula. Yatsani moto. Zimatenga pafupifupi mphindi 10 kuti chilichonse chithupse ndipo zosakanizazo zimakhala zosakanikirana.

7. Pakani tchizi cholimba molunjika mu poto. Onjezani masamba otsala a basil, mchere wambiri ndi tsabola.

8. Dikirani kwa mphindi zochepa, spaghetti yopyapyala idzaphika mwachangu, yolimba iyenera kudikirira pang'ono.

Gwiritsani ntchito spaghetti yotentha ndi masamba ndi tchizi, ndikutsitsa madzi.
