Kukonzekera zanyama za Isitala

 

Chokoleti Isitala mazira ndi chiponde 

 

- 3/4 chikho cha mtedza wachilengedwe wopanda shuga

- 2 st. l. kokonati mafuta

- 1 tsp vanila kuchotsa

- 1/2 tsp madzi a stevia 

- 1 chikho chokoleti chips (makamaka chokoleti popanda kuwonjezera shuga)

- 2 st. l. kokonati mafuta 

1. Sungunulani kokonati ndi peanut batala, kenaka sakanizani bwino. 2. Sakanizani chotsitsa cha vanila ndi stevia. 3. Thirani zosakaniza mu zisankho zooneka ngati dzira ndikuyika mufiriji kwa ola limodzi. 4. Chotsani ku nkhungu, kufalitsa pa zikopa. 5. Kuti muvale, sungunulani mafuta a kokonati ndi chokoleti chips, yambitsani mpaka yosalala. 6. Thirani chisakanizocho muzitsulo mpaka theka. 7. Tsopano sungani mazira a mtedza wachisanu mu chokoleti mpaka atsekeretu.

8. Ikani mufiriji, dikirani mpaka itauma.

Isitala ya Tofu ndi Zoumba ndi Candied Zest 

zonona zamasamba 200 ml (kapena mkaka wa soya, kutengera kusinthasintha komwe mukufuna)

- 300 magalamu a nyemba / tofu

- 3 tbsp. l. margarine wa masamba / kufalitsa

- 2 tbsp. l. spoons shuga nzimbe

- 100 g ma amondi, okazinga ndi odulidwa

- 100g zest kapena zipatso za candied

- 50 gr zoumba zoumba

- grated peel ya 1 lalanje

- 3 tbsp. l. madzi a mandimu

- 2 tsp vanila shuga

 

1. Sakanizani nyemba zobiriwira / tofu, kirimu ndi batala mpaka yosalala.

2. Onjezerani zotsalira zotsalira ndikusakaniza bwino

Pa sitepe iyi, ndikofunikira kusintha kukoma kwake: Isitala iyenera kukhala yokoma pang'ono ndipo nthawi yomweyo ikhale yowawa. 2. Phimbani sieve ndi yopyapyala ndi kuyala misa

3. Ikani sieve pamwamba pa mbale yakuya, kuphimba ndi chivindikiro ndikuyika mufiriji usiku wonse 4. Tsiku lotsatira, chotsani Isitala ku sieve, chotsani cheesecloth ndi kuvala mbale.

5. Kongoletsani ndi zipatso za maswiti ndi zoumba.

Keke ya karoti ya Vegan 

 

- 1 karoti wamkulu

- Zaka za m'ma 5 l. madzi a mapulo

- 2/3 st. mkaka wa soya kapena kokonati

- 2,5 makapu ufa

- 20 g yisiti yatsopano

- mchere wambiri

- 2 tsp chotsitsa cha vanila kapena 1 vanila mbewu

- 4 tbsp. supuni masamba kapena kokonati mafuta  

- 220 g wa ufa wa shuga

- 2 tbsp lalanje / mandimu

1. Wiritsani kaloti kwa mphindi 20-25, peel, kudula mu magawo ndi puree mu blender.

2. Sungunulani yisiti mu mkaka wofunda

3. Ikani madzi a mapulo, chotsitsa cha vanila, mkaka wa yisiti mu mbale yosakaniza ndikusakaniza bwino.

4. Onjezani karoti puree ku chisakanizo ichi ndi kukanda mtanda, pang'onopang'ono kuwonjezera ufa

5. Onjezerani mafuta ndi mchere kumapeto

6. Sakanizani bwino mtandawo mpaka wosalala, kuuyika mu mbale, kuphimba ndi filimu ya chakudya ndikuyika malo otentha kwa maola 1-1.5.

7. Lembani mafomuwo ndi zikopa ndi kufalitsa mtanda mmenemo; Phimbani ndi thaulo ndikuyikanso kuti mutsimikizire kwa mphindi 30-40 (mtanda uyenera kuwirikiza kukula kwake)

8. Kuphika mikate ya Isitala mu uvuni wa preheated ku 180C kwa mphindi 30-35.

9. Phimbani mikate ya Isitala yokhazikika ndi icing.
