Momwe mungasankhire ndikuphika nsomba zamadzi amchere
 

Munthu wakhala akudya nsomba kuyambira kalekale. Kwa zaka masauzande ambiri, adamudyetsa, ndipo ngakhale pano akupitilizabe kukhala chimodzi mwazinthu zazikulu zazakudya. Kuzama kwa kupanikizika kwa thupi la nsomba yotereyi nthawi yomweyo kutha, mamba amamatira pakhungu, ndipo maso ayenera kukhala onyowa, owonekera komanso otuluka. Mukhoza kutumikira ndi nkhaka za nsomba ndi tomato, zonse zatsopano ndi zamchere, masamba ena okazinga, kabichi mumtundu uliwonse, vinaigrette.

Nsomba mu mtanda

Marinade: Finyani madzi a mmodzi yaing'ono ndimu mu supuni imodzi ya mpendadzuwa mafuta, kuwonjezera parsley, mchere, wakuda tsabola kulawa ndi kusonkhezera bwino.

Dulani nsomba za nsomba (200 magalamu) mu zidutswa zing'onozing'ono, kuwaza ndi marinade, kusiya kwa maola awiri kapena awiri. Kuchokera madzi (60 g), ufa (80 g), mpendadzuwa mafuta (supuni 1) ndi mchere kulawa, konzani amamenya, kuwonjezera kukwapulidwa azungu a mazira atatu mmenemo. Sungitsani zidutswa za nsomba mu mtanda ndi mwachangu mu poto yowonongeka mu mafuta ambiri.
