Mkaka ndi turmeric.
Kutentha 1 chikho mkaka wothira, onjezani 1/2 tsp. mchere ndi 1/2 tsp. uchi. Thirani mu thermos ndikusiya kwa mphindi 30. Imwani theka la galasi m'mawa mutatha kugwedeza.
Chakumwa
3-4 magawo ang'onoang'ono a mkate wonse wa tirigu;
Butter (kuchuluka ndi hazelnuts) kapena 1 tsp. kupanikizana;
khofi kapena tiyi;
1 apulo kapena 1 tangerine.

Gawo la ng'ombe yowonda yokazinga popanda mafuta (100 g);
1 karoti, steamed kapena yophika, ndi mchere;
Apulo wophika ndi sinamoni wopanda shuga.
Saladi ya String Bean
- 200 g nyemba zobiriwira (zozizira)
- 1 lalanje
- 1 Luso. l. mafuta a maolivi
- 20 g mbewu za dzungu
Kuphika nyemba m'madzi amchere mpaka al dente. Dulani ½ lalanje mu magawo ang'onoang'ono. Finyani madzi kuchokera theka lina la lalanje ndikusakaniza ndi mafuta a azitona. Nyengo nyemba, kuwonjezera akanadulidwa lalanje ndi kuwaza ndi mbewu.
Zosakaniza
1 yogurt yachilengedwe ndi 2 tbsp. l. oat chinangwa ();
4 amondi.

200 g saladi wobiriwira ndi mtedza batala ndi vinyo wosasa kuvala;
Omelet kuchokera dzira limodzi ndi kuwonjezera 1 tbsp. l. mphodza wofiira wophika;
1 yogurt yachilengedwe yopanda mafuta;
Compote kuchokera ku zipatso zilizonse kapena zipatso.
Usiku
1 chikho cha clove ndi tiyi nyenyezi. Chakumwachi chimachotsa poizoni ndikufulumizitsa metabolism.

½ tsp cloves ndi 1 nyenyezi tsabola
Thirani 250 ml ya madzi otentha pa tiyi ndi zonunkhira ndikusiya kwa mphindi zisanu.
