Iyengar yoga

Yopangidwa ndi BKS Iyengar, mtundu uwu wa yoga umadziwika chifukwa chogwiritsa ntchito malamba, midadada, mabulangete, zodzigudubuza, ngakhale matumba a mchenga monga chothandizira kuchita asanas. Zofunikira zimakulolani kuti muzichita ma asanas molondola, kuchepetsa chiopsezo chovulala ndikupangitsa kuti mchitidwewu ukhale wopezeka kwa achinyamata ndi achikulire.

Iyengar anayamba kuphunzira yoga ali ndi zaka 16. Ali ndi zaka 18, anapita ku Pune (India) kukapereka chidziwitso chake kwa ena. Walemba mabuku a 14, imodzi mwa "Light on Yoga" yotchuka kwambiri yamasuliridwa m'zinenero za 18.

Pokhala mtundu wa hatha yoga, Iyengar amayang'ana kwambiri kusinthasintha kwa thupi kudzera pakuwongolera kaimidwe. Iyengar yoga idapangidwa kuti igwirizanitse thupi, mzimu ndi malingaliro kuti mukhale ndi thanzi komanso moyo wabwino. Kulanga uku kumaganiziridwa

Iyengar yoga imalimbikitsidwa makamaka kwa oyamba kumene, chifukwa imayang'ana kwambiri pomanga thupi mu asanas zonse. Msana wowongoka ndi symmetry ndizofunikira monga mphamvu ya asanas.

Kuyanjanitsa kwa anatomical mumayendedwe onse kumapangitsa asanakhale kukhala opindulitsa pamalumikizidwe, ligaments ndi minofu, zomwe zimapangitsa kuti thupi likhale logwirizana.

Yoga ya Iyengar imagwiritsa ntchito zothandizira kuti dokotala aliyense, mosasamala kanthu za kuthekera ndi zofooka, athe kukwaniritsa ntchito yoyenera ya asana.

Kulimba mtima kwakukulu, kusinthasintha, kulimba, komanso kuzindikira ndi machiritso zitha kukwaniritsidwa mwa kukhala ndi nthawi yochulukirapo mu asana.

Monga mwambo wina uliwonse, Iyengar yoga imafunikira kuphunzitsidwa kuti atukuke.
