- 2 magawo a tchizi wolimba (kapena 50 g wa kanyumba tchizi) ndi kupanikizana kapena zosungira;
- Yogurt yachilengedwe yamafuta ochepa (kapena 1 galasi la kefir wopanda mafuta) ndi 2 tbsp. l. mbewu ya oat.

- Saladi yobiriwira (mtundu uliwonse) ndi phwetekere 1 (200 g chonse) + 1 tsp. walnuts wodulidwa + 1 tsp. azitona (kapena flaxseed, kapena sesame) mafuta ndi dontho la mandimu;
- Chicken chifuwa (100 g), stewed m'madzi ndi 1 tsp. mafuta a masamba ndi 1 tsp. nthaka coriander;
- 1 sing'anga yophika beetroot ndi ½ tsp tsabola wakuda;
- Tchizi chochepa chamafuta ochepa (50 g) ndi ½ tsp. sinamoni pansi.
