  • Tiyi ya chamomile kapena timbewu tonunkhira ndi 1 tbsp. l. madzi a mandimu, ½ tsp. uchi ndi ½ tsp. sinamoni pansi (tiyi ikhoza kusinthidwa ndi chakumwa cha chicory, nthawi yomweyo kapena nthaka, ndi zowonjezera zomwezo). ;
  • 2 magawo a tchizi wolimba (kapena 50 g wa kanyumba tchizi) ndi kupanikizana kapena zosungira; 
  • Yogurt yachilengedwe yamafuta ochepa (kapena 1 galasi la kefir wopanda mafuta) ndi 2 tbsp. l. mbewu ya oat.

  • Saladi yobiriwira (mtundu uliwonse) ndi phwetekere 1 (200 g chonse) + 1 tsp. walnuts wodulidwa + 1 tsp. azitona (kapena flaxseed, kapena sesame) mafuta ndi dontho la mandimu;
  • Chicken chifuwa (100 g), stewed m'madzi ndi 1 tsp. mafuta a masamba ndi 1 tsp. nthaka coriander;
  • 1 sing'anga yophika beetroot ndi ½ tsp tsabola wakuda;
  • Tchizi chochepa chamafuta ochepa (50 g) ndi ½ tsp. sinamoni pansi.
