Konzani bowa, kudula miyendo, kusamba, kuwaza finely, kuika mu saucepan ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 30-40. Kenaka yikani buckwheat, yikani anyezi odulidwa, mchere ndi kuphika mpaka groats ali okonzeka. Nyengo msuzi ndi kirimu wowawasa kapena mkaka. Kuwaza ndi zitsamba musanayambe kutumikira.
