Yatsani kukoma kwanu

Kukoma kokoma mwachibadwa kumakhutitsa njala ndikuwonjezera mphamvu zathu. Ndibwino kwambiri pomanga minyewa yofunika: plasma, magazi, mafuta, minofu, mafupa, mafupa ndi madzi oberekera.
