Kuchiritsa katundu vwende

Kuchiritsa kodabwitsa kwa vwende kumapangitsa kuti ikhale imodzi mwa zipatso zabwino kwambiri zomwe zingathandize kupewa khansa. Mavwende ali ndi ma antioxidants ambiri omwe amathandizira kupewa khansa komanso matenda amtima.

Siyani vwende yolimba kutentha kwa masiku angapo, imakhala yofewa komanso yamadzimadzi, ndikuyiyika mufiriji kuti isungidwe.
