Zamasamba Zosavuta: Chakudya Chamoyo

Kusintha kapena kusunga zakudya zamasamba kuti mukhale ndi thanzi labwino komanso mtendere wamumtima kungakhale kophweka. Monga mukutsuka mano ndi kusamba kuti thupi lanu likhale loyera kunja, mukhoza kudya zakudya zomwe zingasunge mkati mwanu. Pochita izi, mutha kuchitanso ahimsa popanda kuvulaza nyama. Monga wosadya zamasamba moyo wonse woleredwa ndi makolo amene anakhala wodya zamasamba wa lacto-ovo (sanadye nyama, nsomba, kapena nkhuku) ndisanabadwe, sindinaganizepo za zakudya. Anthu akandifunsa zimene ndimadya, ndimayankha kuti: “Chilichonse kupatula nyama.” Palibe m'maganizo mwanga momwe nyama ndi chakudya. Anthu amene amaona kuti nyama ndi chakudya angachepetse chilakolako chofuna kudya nyama mwa kuwonjezera masamba, mtedza, mbewu, ndi zipatso m’zakudyazo.

Zakudya za yoga nthawi zambiri zimatengera masamba, zipatso, mtedza, mbewu, ndi zina zamkaka (yoghurt, ghee, kapena zolowa m'malo mwa mkaka), zomwe zimadyedwa moyenera komanso moyenera kuti thupi likhale labwino, lomwe limapangitsa kuti thupi likhale lathanzi. ndi malingaliro ndikukulolani kusinkhasinkha.

Pokhala ndi mapuloteni abwino komanso zakudya zomanga thupi, mutha kupita ku vegan mosavuta. Chinsinsi chake ndi kulinganiza! Khalani ndi zakudya zomanga thupi, idyani masamba ndi mbewu monga chimanga, muziphika mokoma. Monga Swami Satchidananda adaphunzitsa, lolani zakudya zanu zithandizire "thupi lopepuka, malingaliro odekha komanso moyo wabwino" chomwe ndi cholinga cha yoga.

Tofu wophika (otumikira 4)

  • 450 g ya tofu yolimba
  • Mafuta a organic (osungunuka) kapena mafuta a sesame
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. tamari 
  • Ginger wodulidwa (ngati mukufuna) 
  • yisiti flakes

 

Preheat uvuni ku 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Dulani tofu * mu zidutswa 10-12. Sakanizani mafuta ndi tamari. Ikani tofu pa pepala lophika kapena galasi lophika mbale. Thirani mu osakaniza tamari kapena burashi pa tofu. Fukani yisiti ndi ginger (ngati mukufuna) pamwamba ndikuphika mu uvuni kwa mphindi 20 mpaka tofu itafufuzidwa ndi crispy pang'ono. Kutumikira ndi mpunga wotenthedwa kapena mbale yanu yamasamba yomwe mumakonda. Ichi ndi chakudya chosavuta chamasamba!

Tofu akhoza kuzifutsa kapena kuphikidwa ndi madzi a mandimu kuti athandize chimbudzi.
